Material the coach is allowed to quote. Removing an entry deletes its embeddings and expires any chat thread that cited it — without that, the coach keeps repeating the old answer from memory.

Point at a Confluence retro page and its child pages are re-read every hour. Done comes from the task tick on the page itself — it is read, not judged. On hold and not needed are inferred from how an item is written, and each one shows the words it was inferred from. Correct any of them and the next sync will leave your answer alone.

Enrol people by email — they do not need to have signed in yet. An enrolled user with no roles can already use the global knowledge base; a project role is what lets the coach discuss that board with them.

A team maps to one or more Jira projects. The mapping decides who can see a team’s knowledge base: anyone working on any of its projects.

Boards the coach is allowed to read. Adding one starts a capture into Postgres; once it is synced the project becomes available for team mapping and for its own knowledge base.
